All Monthly Multi-Table Tournaments (MMTT) will have players tracked and awarded points based on Dr. Neau's tournament formula -

score = SQRT (n * b * b / e) / (f + 1.0)

SQRT	=	the square root of
n	=	the number of participants in the tournament
b	=	the buy-in cost ($) for the tournament
e	=	the individual player's total expense (buy-in + add-ons + rebuys)
f	=	the individual player's finish

As has been the case in past years, non Hold-em events will be worth double points.

At years end the player with the most points will be awarded a special Player of the Year trophy and have their name added to our perpetual plaque.

Player of the Year is automatically awarded a seat in the TOC, regardless of whether they win a MMTT during the year. 

Player of the Year also receives an additional 5K in their TOC starting stack.

There are 3 ways to qualify for a seat in the TOC.

1 - You can win first place in a MMTT. (includes the previous years TOC)

2 - You can win Player of the Year.

3 - You can qualify in the TOC  Mega-Satellite.


The Mega-Satellite is a $50 entry.

In order to qualify to play in the Mega you must either -

A) Play in at least 8 MMTTs in the year.

or

B) Have been awarded Legacy status by the host.


The Mega-Satellite is a free roll for the top 3 point earners who don't win a MMTT.


Starting stack for the TOC is 25K.   You can also earn extra chips during the year.  There are five ways to do this.


1 - If you win more than one MMTT you are awarded an extra 10K per extra MMTT you win.

2 - If you play in 5 MMTTs during the year you earn an extra 5K in the TOC.

3 - If you play in 8 MMTTs during the year you earn another 5K in the TOC (10K total).

4 - If you are the POY you also get an additional 10K in the TOC.

5 - If you finish as the chip leader in the Mega-Satty you get an additional 5K in the TOC.


There is a cap of 60K on the TOC starting stack.
