It was a delightfully balmy evening as 19 players gathered round the old fields of felt to engage in that time honored tradition of degeneracy called poker.

I decided I had had enough of complete domination, so I for once busted out early - though not as early as some, at my table (big green) we had three bust-outs before the break!  Zoinks!

The Fun Table - aka Big Blue

The final table formed at around 10:30, I'm not sure exactly, because I wasn't playing I only sort of payed attention.

Busting out in 5th place to get his money back was poker genius Josh F.  Finishing in 4th for double that amount was one time monster stack Allen R.  Finishing in 3rd place for a cool c-note was long time Eric's garage game player Daniel M.

The heads up battle was short but sexy, once again Dan G. found himself in contention for the trophy, and once again had to settle for second place - this time he pocketed $180.  He has now cashed in the last 5 out of 7 tournaments on Pepper St.  

Getting his money in good on the last hand with AJ vs. QJ, Andrew R. took home his second trophy in as many years at PSP.  Well done Andrew!

A very special thanks goes out to me for staying to shuffle, good job Chris!  Also, thanks to the rest of you, I guess, even though you bolted as soon as you busted it was great to have you anyway.

Our next monthly will be Saturday, July 19th at 7pm.  Stay tuned for the evite - hope to see you there!  I may or may not squeeze in a Sit-N-Go between now and then or very possibly a cash game, but we will see.
