WSOP LEAGUE 2017-2018

Starting Saturday, August 5th, we will be incorporating a World Series of Poker league into all of our regular tournaments.

Participation is entirely OPTIONAL and SPACE IS SEVERELY LIMITED.

The winner of this league will be sent to the World Series of Poker Main Event in 2018.

Last years participants get first option to join.   IF there are any spots left over it is first come first serve.

If I get more requests to join than seats that are available - we will have a drawing to determine who gets in.


Here's how it works, the short version.

Players who join the WSOP league will pay an extra fee in addition to their entry for all tournaments.

In May, participating players will get to play in a Satellite for the Main Event in the World Series of Poker.

If you are super interested - please let me know via e-mail as soon as you can.   Right now I believe there are two seats open for this endeavor.

IF for some reason there is a ton of interest in this, I may consider opening up more seats, maybe doing a two seat kind of thing with separate groups.

We have found in doing this for many years, that if you dilute the payoffs too much, there isn't money to be made.  Last WSOP everyone made money because there was only 9 of us total.

In any event, be sure to get ahold of me if this is the kind of thing you want to get on board with.

We have had a great time and besides making money, have found a great fellowship and camaraderie in all essentially pulling towards the same goal - I have found that I really like to talk poker with these guys as much as possible, and in the end we all help each other now instead of seeing each other as rivals; it makes the home game experience all that more enjoyable when you ultimately see your opponents at the table as your allies.   I hope you will join us and we will be able to kick the WSOP's ass again next year, this time in the Main Event!
